  Poor. You have to wait to get sèrved even when they are not buay. They treàt thè ones on drugs and thoae who don"t want to work like they wre bettér then everyone else.

  Although, I live in Kentville, I would rather drive to the Tim's in New Minas than go to the one in Kentville. Unfortunately, the Kentville Tim's is a haven for society's "less fortunate" as there is an Outreach just around the corner. The company makes for a distasteful atmosphere and the service tends to be slow.

  Found dirty with bugs flying around indoor garbage and trying to get at my food and some staff are ok but others act and treat the customers like they really could careless act like they don't want to be there at all.
